For my manual Penis Extension exercises, start by having your dick in a less-than-hard state, form an OK sign with your finger, at the base of your glans, then proceed to pull, AWAY from your body. Keep the traction for at least 20 seconds, than allow rest time only to adjust, or change, your hand. Repeat 3 times.
